Return and refund policy

What the warranty covers

1) Shipping Damage – 100% Guaranteed
Covered via paid shipping insurance on your parcel. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item.

  • Unboxing video showing packaging and item at the moment of opening.
    Upon approval: we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

2) Manufacturing Defects (e.g., warping/scratches/plating wear)
Covered for 14 days from delivery. After inspection: replacement or refund.

3) Minor Handcrafted Variations
Small variations in hand-applied patterns/decoration are part of handmade character and are not considered defects.

What is not covered

  • Misuse, drops, improper cleaning, or breakage after the reception window.

  • Any post-purchase alterations/engraving/customization.

  • Normal wear (non-functional micro-scratches).

How to file a claim

Email us with subject “Warranty Claim” at crystalbohemia@zohomail.com and include:

  • Order number, your name, and phone.

  • Required photos/video as above.
    We’ll acknowledge within 1–2 business days with next steps for replacement/return.

Resolution

  • Immediate replacement (subject to availability) or full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving/approving the claim (and the product if return is required).

  • We may request return of the item for inspection (we’ll provide a prepaid return label and address).

  • Parcels sent without prior approval may be refused.

Limitation of liability

This warranty covers product value and covered shipping costs only. No incidental or consequential damages are included.
