Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via our logistics partner Bosta to ensure fast delivery and product safety.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated on our website during checkout.

• Costs depend on the weight/size of the shipment and the destination governorate.

Delivery Time

• Delivery within 2 – 5 business days inside Greater Cairo.

• Other governorates: 3 – 7 business days depending on location.

• Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in case of delays.

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery option is available, but orders must be placed through our Customer Service team.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number to follow your shipment directly via Bosta’s system.
